European Cricket Network showcased the best women’s cricket in the world from August 12-15 with Germany facing neighbours Austria in a five match T20 Series at Seebarn Cricket Ground, Vienna – the first women’s international cricket since COVID-19 struck.
15-year-old Emma Bargna spinner captured Germany's first ever T20i five wicket haul in the very same game as opener Janet Ronalds completed Germany’s first ever T20i century.
Emma, a product of the Bayerische Cricket Akademie in Munich, took 5-9 in four overs to send the Austrians spinning to a comprehensive defeat.
