United Nations World Food Programme - ShareTheMeal

  • The ECN is creating great events for European cricket and showcasing them to a global audience. These events are supporting European players representing their clubs and countries to raise their cricketing prowess. We are also very aware of the rising social and humanitarian needs around the world. One in ten people worldwide does not have enough to eat, meaning they don’t have enough nutritious food to lead an active and healthy lifestyle. The ECN wants to help, that is why we have partnered with the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) to support in the promotion and fundraising activities of the SharetheMeal platform. The goal is to end global hunger by assisting WFP in providing meals to millions of people in need. This would allow people in need to spend more time playing sports and doing other activities they enjoy, which we believe is vital to their happiness and well-being.
