European Cricket Network Excited to Live Broadcast Germany France Womens International Series

Daniel Weston, Founder of the European Cricket Network, said: “We are all super excited to promote women‘s cricket in Europe and can’t wait to see the German Golden Eagles take on France Women.”

The hotly anticipated five match series between July 8-10 sees hosts Germany world ranked 25th pit their wits against France, ranked five places lower, at the magnificent new home of German cricket, the National Performance Centre in Krefeld.

“We are grateful to the European Cricket Network for their continued support of German Women’s cricket,” said Brian Mantle, CEO of the Deutscher Cricket Bund (DCB).

“We have a plethora of talent all over Germany. It is incredibly attractive and a great incentive for these players to showcase their skills to large global audiences.”

European Cricket Network showcased the best women’s cricket in the world last summer when Germany starred against Austria in a five match T20 Series at Seebarn Cricket Ground, Vienna – the very first women’s international cricket since COVID-19 struck.
