European Cricket League AG has increased its manpower, process, monitoring and investigation capabilities to protect the integrity of European cricket events.

Heightened Anti-Corruption coverage established for all European cricket events

European Cricket League AG is pleased to announce that it has bolstered its own internal anti-corruption team, while also continuing to partner with the International Cricket Council (ICC) Anti-Corruption Unit.

The partnership provides coverage and oversight to ensure the highest level of integrity is demonstrated in and around the European Cricket League (ECL), Dream11 European Cricket Series and its own organised events.

“Protecting European cricketers, clubs, federations and officials from corruption is of our highest priority, so that there is safety and security in place as we execute our goals of growing the game and broadening its promotion and awareness all over Europe,” said Daniel Weston, Founder of the European Cricket Network.

We encourage instant reporting of suspicious approaches or behaviour to the appropriate Federation, for all Dream11 European Cricket Series, European Cricket League and European Cricket Network organised events. All information will be taken seriously and treated confidentially, offering an opportunity to voluntarily provide information about fraudulent actions and breaches of ethics directly and anonymously. Details should be sent to acu@ecl.team or via WhatsApp to +49 175 8363126.

Furthermore, the ICC welcomes any information about corruption in cricket including information on match fixing, gambling in cricket by participating cricket players / match officials, or any other information relating to attempts by potential corruptors to compromise the players or match officials in any manner.
