European Cricket League (“ECL”) is the Champions League of European cricket. Founded by Daniel Weston, Roger Feiner, Frank Leenders and Thomas Klooz and hailed as a cricketing equivalent of the UEFA Champions League, the second-staging - ECL21 - will be played in May and June in Spain.

Janjua Brescia caught the eye for Italy in the inaugural European Cricket League - ECL19, and local rivals Brescia CC will follow in their footsteps after successfully winning a play-off against Asian Latina CC to qualify for ECL21.
This season, Italy’s finest Brescia completed a magnificent treble of T20, Coppa Italia and Supercoppa, also gaining decent T10 experience at the European Cricket Series Rome in September.
