Catalunya can claim a consolation win against St.Petersburg to retain chances of progressing in the tournament. Romania underdogs Cluj fought hard in their opening game but were overpowered by Rotterdam who had seen off as expected Dreux in their opening game.
France champions Dreux slumped to another defeat against impressive Danish outfit Svanholm. Dreux's two defeats means the French champions are the only side not still in the running to be crowned Kings of Europe.
