Tas Qureshi is another reliable all-rounder in the ALZ squad. He played for PF last term scoring 75 runs and picking up three wickets. One of the fastest bowlers in Sweden and can be a handy batsman in the middle order. Returned impressive figures of 2-15 vs DIF yesterday.

Sami Khalil, considered the best all-rounder in the ALZ side, the 17-year old is one of the most improved players in Sweden. The youngster likes to hit the ball hard and is a skilled leg spinner. He recently hit the fastest fifty in just 15 balls in the junior league and is also a member of the U19 national side.

Share Ali is a solid top order batsman and can bowl fast with the ball. The right hander amassed 192 runs last term for eventual champions PF at a strike rate of almost 200. He hit the most sixes last year with 14 hits over the ropes. Started off well scoring 35 off just 19 balls in the first match and has racked up 68 runs in three games.

Waqas Haider, a dashing opening batsman and brilliant pace bowler with the ability to swing the ball. Top scorer for MAR last season racking up 137 runs and picking up SIX wickets. Top scorer for MAR mustering 100 runs in three games including a 31-ball 45 vs HUD.

Hamid Sulehri, an elegant top order batsman and a quality left arm spinner, racked up 131 runs last term and ended second highest wicket taker in the tournament with EIGHT wickets.

Ajmal Raza, the left arm medium pacer has picked up FIVE wickets with a best return of 2-0 and is leading the wicket taking charts for MAR.

Much-fancied Alby Zalmi failed to win either of their games on Monday,  slipping to defeat to DIF and MAR. Marsta will be aiming to repeat yesterday’s performance, while ALZ will be desperate to get off the mark and get their campaign back on track.
