FanCode ECS Sweden Malmo provides an opportunity for ten teams to showcase their skills, contesting 48 games over 12 days. Every game will be live streamed worldwide on the European Cricket Network and on FanCode - a multi-sport aggregator platform, from the house of Dream Sports for the Indian Sub-Continent.
European Cricket Network live broadcasts four T10 matches on Day 6 of the 2021 FanCode ECS Sweden, Malmo on Saturday 7 August.
Malmohus (MAL) enjoyed an unbeaten run in the group stages last term at European Cricket Series Malmo, but their progress was halted by eventual winners Ariana AKIF in the semi-final. However, MAM claimed bronze medal honours and will be aiming for an even better showing this time around.
Hisingens (HSG) did not enjoy a good tournament either, winning just a solitary game at European Cricket Series Gothenburg 2020 and will be hoping to improve on that showing this time around.
Lund (LND) and Goteborg City (GOC) are both making their ECS debut. Lund was expected to feature in ECL20 as Sweden’s champions team following their incredible win in the Swedish T20 Elite division in 2019. Lund were also due back to play in ECL21 after winning a play-off, the only game LND managed to win in a curtailed season.
Goteborg City have been on a steep rise themselves. GOC finished runners-up in Allsvenskan T20 last year and will now be hoping to impress on the grand stage of European Cricket.
Hosts Landskrona are the late entrants in the FanCode ECS Sweden Malmo replacing Goteborg CC who had to withdraw from the tournament. LAN will be looking to grab this sudden opportunity with both hands to showcase their talent to the world.

He was also MVP and top scorer in the European Cricket Series Malmo 2020, mustering 210 runs at a devastating SR of 233. The right hander smashed the joint most sixes with 20 hits over the ropes. He is equally good with the ball, scalping SIX wickets last term and is rated one of the top all rounders in Swedish cricket.
Oktai Gholami, solid, technical middle order batsmen and left arm spinner with excellent control. Recently selected for the national team for both T20 and T10 squads. Played for AF at European Cricket Series Malmo 2020 returning impressive figures of 3-3 vs Karlskrona Zalmi CF.
Wahab Hassan, a talented, hard hitting top-order batsmanand opening bowler. Will be looking to provide his team with good starts with both bat and ball.
Happy Singh, captain, wicket keeper batsman, a decent top order batsman with good skills behind the wicket. Didn’t enjoy last season playing for AF, scoring just 23 runs in five innings. He will look to turn things around this season in charge of a new team.

Ankit Gupta, a talented, adaptable and powerful batsman. Racked up 152 runs from six matches atEuropean Cricket Series Malmo 2020.
Rizwan Tarar, right-handed top order batsman, big hitter who has also developed a solid technique to go with a powerful array of shots in his armoury. Has the ability to transform matches on his own, leading six hitter for MAM at European Cricket Series Malmo 2020 plundering 10 maximos in his total of 91 runs.
Faraz Muneer, right arm niggly medium pacer, consistent bowler with an arsenal of swing, cutters and slower balls. Picked up SIX wickets last summeratEuropean Cricket Series Malmo 2020.
These two sides could be the strongest in the group. Malmohus enjoyed an impressive run last year winning the Bronze medal honours and will be hoping to at least reach the finals this time around. Lund have rebuilt their side and could make things very difficult for Malmohus, particularly if Double D Debarchan Dash gets going.
Match Prediction: Malmohus and Lund are likely to share the spoils in the first Group B double header.

Aniket Kharade, talented young spinner, bowls tight lines with plenty of variations in his repertoire. Leading wicket taker for the club in 2019 T20 format. A handy middle order batsman who can score quick runs when needed.
Nadeem Khan, most dependable top order batsman, loves to play cover drives with elegance. He is quick behind the wickets too with impressive glove work.
Hosts Landskrona are late entrants in FanCode ECS Sweden Malmo and are set for their ECS debut alongside Goteborg City. Both these teams will be looking to get off to a positive start in Group B.
Match Prediction: Landskrona will enjoy home advantage and are likely to make a fast start with a couple of wins.
