FanCode ECS Hungary provides an opportunity for five teams to showcase their skills, contesting 24 games over six days. Every game will be live streamed worldwide on the European Cricket Network and on FanCode - a multi-sport aggregator platform, from the house of Dream Sports for the Indian Sub-Continent.
COBRA CC was founded in 2018, with COBRA standing for Cricketers Of Budapest Royal Association. Satyadeep Ashwathnarayana is the figurehead, club founder, President, ex-Captain, Vice-Captain and Wicket keeper. Cobra boast the most experienced squad in the tournament, with an average age of 35, led by Jogi Sehgal, who has played at a decent level in top flight cricket in USA. Shiekh Rasik, a talented all-rounder, has also represented the Kashmir state team in India, while wily spinner Hafeez Ullah has played for clubs all around the world, including Pakistan.
Cobra finished runners-up last summer, pushing Royal Tigers all the way and will aim to go one better in Budapest this time around.
