European Cricket Series (ECS) is a series of tournaments staged throughout the year in Europe involving the best domestic teams from the continent. Thrilling T10 matches take place every week from Monday through Saturday. With over 1000 matches livestreamed in barely one year, ECS has quickly become one of TV’s largest global broadcast cricket events.

European Cricket Series Record - Fastest Hundred - Ahmed Musaddiq - FanCode ECS Germany Kiel

Record breaking Ahmed Musaddiq amassed the quickest century in ECS history at FanCode ECS Kiel, Germany.

Man of the Match Musaddiq reached his hundred off only 28 balls on Day 7 in Northern Germany. The 32-year-old opener was finally dismissed on the final ball of the innings against a gallant THCC Hamburg side.

Musaddiq's memorable innings, included seven fours and 13 sixes, mullering the bewildered THCC Hamburg bowling to all parts of the picturesque ground in Kiel, Germany.

Musaddiq, currently away on a national camp with Germany, manufactured a brilliant 33-ball 115 to take his team to another record - 198 in their ten over allocation - the joint highest team score in ECS history.

Previously, Gohar Manan held the quickest century in ECS history with a century in 29 balls for ICC Bucharest at the European Cricket Series Romania last summer.

Overall in ECN competition, Musaddiq's marvellous knock matches Ahmad Nabi at ECL19. Nabi also reached his hundred off 28 balls for France champions Dreux at the inaugural European Cricket League, the Champions League of European Cricket.
