REPORT: MU Dons deserved winners at European Cricket Series Bulgaria

After their destructive batting line up dominated finals day Friday, MU Dons ran out deserved winners of the European Cricket Series Bulgaria.

Sulaiman Ali saved his best at crunch time with two superb match-winning performances. Not content with smashing 82 off 36 balls in the semi-final against Medical Universtity Sofia, Sulaiman Ali stepped up in the final against Indo-Bulgarian CC as well, smoking 98 off 33 balls with 7 fours and 9 sixes. He also chipped in with a couple of wickets to deliver the title for the Dons.

Medical University Sofia gained some consolation for their semi-final loss by winning the Bronze Final against Indian Tuskers.
