After a four-year gap, the European Cricket Network is thrilled to return to the Nordic heartland of Finland for an exciting week of T10 cricket. From June 23 to June 29, the Kerava National Cricket Ground will play host to two thrilling events – ECS Finland and ECS-W Finland – as part of ECN’s continued mission to grow the game across Europe.
This marks ECN’s first tour to Finland since 2020, and anticipation is high for a week filled with fast-paced cricket, emerging talent, and strong competition in both men’s and women’s formats.
The ECS Finland men’s tournament will feature 10 teams, divided into two groups of five, battling it out in the group stages before moving on to the knockouts. With experienced sides and some new faces, the competition promises high drama and explosive performances.
Meanwhile, the ECS-W Finland tournament will see 4 women’s teams compete in a historic return of women’s cricket to Finnish soil under the ECN banner. With the growth of women’s cricket gaining momentum across Europe, this event will be a key highlight in showcasing Finland’s emerging women’s talent.
All matches will be played at the picturesque Kerava National Cricket Ground, one of Finland’s premier cricketing venues.
With action-packed fixtures and the return of ECS cricket to Finland, this promises to be an exciting celebration of the sport. Stay tuned to ECN channels for live matches, highlights, and exclusive behind-the-scenes content as the Finnish summer heats up with European cricket!
