The European Cricket Network’s latest tour to Estonia wrapped up in style, marking a memorable stretch of high-quality cricket across both women’s and men’s competitions.
The action began on May 15 with Estonia Women hosting Bulgaria Women for a 3-match Women’s T20I series, followed by 7 ECI-W matches between the same two teams. While Estonia were dominant throughout—winning all 10 matches—Bulgaria showed great fighting spirit and used the tour to build valuable experience at the international level.

There were standout performers across both series. Viktoria Frey was named MVP of the T20I series for her all-round brilliance, while Lisa Bowring took home MVP honours in the ECI-W for her consistent performances.
Following the women’s matches, attention turned to the men’s game as ECS Estonia took centre stage from May 19–25. Defending champions Tallinn Stallions reaffirmed their dominance by claiming their second consecutive ECS Estonia title, once again showcasing their depth and skill in crunch moments.
In the final, the Stallions squared off against Tallinn Hippos, who elected to bowl first after winning the toss. The Stallions responded in style, putting up a commanding 183 runs. The Hippos, despite a spirited chase, were restricted to 156, falling short by 27 runs.
The tournament also saw some brilliant individual performances, with Habib Khan of Tallinn Strikers earning the MVP award for ECS Estonia for his impactful contributions across the week.
Estonia once again proved to be a thrilling stop on the ECN calendar, offering a blend of competitive cricket, emerging talent, and sporting spirit across formats and genders.
