European Cricket is pleased to announce a partnership with Victoria Beer for the European Cricket Championship starting on 13 September in Spain.

VICTORIA BEER APPOINTED OFFICIAL BEER PARTNER OF EUROPEAN CRICKET CHAMPIONSHIP

European Cricket is proud to join forces with such a local brand for the European Cricket Championship - ECC21. The first-ever international cricket tournament staged in Malaga will be held at the picturesque Cartama Oval ground, which is located in Hacienda de la Victoria.

‘Cervezas Victoria’ will provide its refreshing tasting beer and non-alcoholic beer for the duration of the tournament until 10 October. All participants and fans can attend the “Victoria Space” after the games, complying with all current health recommendations. Victoria will also carry out guided tours of its facilities for interested ECC21 fans and participants. As a fundamental part of this activity, visitors will surely discover the brand’s unique history linked to the city of Malaga since 1928, as well as the tasting notes of different styles of beer.

José Villalobos, Victoria Brand Manager, underlined the importance of being a part of ECC21. “We’re proud to be the official beer of this European Cricket Championship. We also believe that supporting events of this magnitude helps Victoria to continue growing.”

Broadcast to a worldwide audience, the European Cricket Championship - ECC21 - is a month-long national team tournament including representative sides from England and the Netherlands. Featuring almost 100 games in September and October, 15 national teams will contest the inaugural 2021 edition. The competition will be intense for the European Cricket Championship crown at Cartama Oval, Malaga, Spain.

The hosts Spain will get the high-octane ECC21 T10 international action underway on Monday 13 September against Belgium.
