Broadcast to a worldwide audience, the European Cricket Championship - ECC21 - is a month-long national team tournament including representative sides from England and the Netherlands. Featuring almost 100 games in September and October, 15 national teams will contest the inaugural 2021 edition. The competition will be intense for the European Cricket Championship crown at the picturesque Cartama Oval, Malaga, Spain.

CLAYTON FLOYD FIRES FIRST EVER INTERNATIONAL T10 CENTURY AT DREAM11 EUROPEAN CRICKET CHAMPIONSHIP

Talented all-rounder Clayton Floyd of Netherlands XI has been making a brilliant impression at the Dream11 European Cricket Championship. A capped international, Floyd made history by compiling the first ever international T10 century against Romania, hitting 15 sixes and five fours in his explosive 115 off 35 balls.

Floyd was also the standout performer for Netherlands XI in their opening win over Romania asGroup B action got underway in Spain on Monday. Floyd returned figures of 2-0-10-3 in the game with his left-arm floaters to walk away with the Player of the Match award. The canny spinner broke the back of Romania's batting middle-order, taking out their skipper Ramesh Satheesan, wicketkeeper batsman Satwik Nadigotla and Sami Ullah to help Netherlands XI to a huge win.

While he ended wicketless against Portugal in the fifth match of Group B, Floyd opened the batting and slammed a 15-ball 34 with three sixes and as many fours. 

On day seven of ECC21, Floyd was once again at his best with the ball against Austria, picking up three wickets, including that of in-form skipper Razmal Shigiwal.
