The Crickets are a promising young side, but have been blown away in the T10 format in their four matches so far. With their final two matches being played on Wednesday, they will want to leave the tournament with a win to their name, but it is going to be tough work against newcomers Cossonay, followed by a meeting with table-topping Olten to finish.

Key Players:
James West leads in runs scored for the Crickets and looked good in his 45 off only 30 balls against Power CC. He will have a lot of responsibility at the top of the order.
Baljit Singh is a talented batsman but has only managed 38 runs in the four matches to date with a top score of 24. He will want to fire on their last day of matches.
Eden Wardle may have been walking on a cloud after his incredible hat-trick on Monday, but was reminded of the Earth’s gravity on Tuesday morning with 17 being clubbed off his only over against the Power. He is being asked to lead the attack with his left-arm pace at only 16 years of age.

Cossonay are the seventh and final team to appear in the Dream11 European Cricket Series St Gallen. They are a strong bowling and fielding unit who will be itching to get out on the park and show what they can do.

Main Wicket-Keeper: Mumtaz Ahmadzai
Key Players:
Aidan Andrews is a reliable opening batsman who seems to score freely in all forms. He is strong square of the wicket with the bat, and surprisingly effective medium pace swing bowler.
Mumtaz Ahmadzai is a genuine X factor in the squad. He can bowl rapidly off a short run, and play a pinch-hitting role if required.
Waseem Javaid is an outstanding wicket-keeper who will also bat in the upper order. He is capable of hitting long balls and will be one of the main explosive threats.

As much as I would like to give the Crickets a chance in this one, they will run into a Cossonay team who will be desperate to make a good first impression and I believe have the firepower to do so. Cossonay CC to win the opening match of Day 3.
