With 11 matches planned from Friday 30 October to Sunday 1 November 2026, the big storyline is clear: Pak I Care Badalona, winners of the FanCode Spanish Championship Weekend in 2021, are back in the field.
The Stage Is Set in Alicante
Alicante is ready for a packed ECN Spanish Championship Weekend, with Sporting Alfas Cricket Club hosting a five-team T10 shootout across three match days.
The competition brings together Pak I Care Badalona, Sporting Alfas, Ibiza CC, Costa Del Sol and Madrid United, with Cricket Espana listed as the federation for the event. It is a senior men’s clubs competition, and with 11 matches planned, the route to the title should be quick, demanding and full of pressure moments.
Former Winners Back in the Mix
Pak I Care Badalona carry the strongest historical storyline into the weekend. They won the FanCode Spanish Championship Weekend in 2021, and their return immediately gives the 2026 edition a heavyweight narrative.

Manpreet Singh Lally Leads the Ibiza Threat
Few players arrive with a profile as striking as Manpreet Singh Lally of Ibiza CC.
He owns the highest batting strike rate among players in the event at 260.0, the highest batting average at 73.67, and the best Maximo rate at 17.6. He also carries the highest ECN batter mark in the event at 98.
And that is not all. Manpreet also has the highest ECN bowling mark among players in the competition, at 50, making him one of the standout all-round names to watch in Alicante.
Pak I Care’s Numbers Demand Attention
Pak I Care Badalona are not short on individual firepower either.
Muhammad Ihsan brings a huge ECN record into the event: 6,533 runs, 706 Maximos and 209 ECN matches — the leading totals among players involved this weekend in all three categories.
With the ball, Muhammad Atif is the top wicket-taker in ECN events among the players taking part, with 200 wickets. Abid Mahboob owns the best bowling strike rate in the field at 8.9, while Mohammad Kamran brings the best bowling economy rate at 8.0 and the best bowling average at 17.0.
Madrid United Have Their Own Record Notes
Madrid United also have names attached to notable ECN marks.

Omer Malik is listed with the highest individual top-score entry among players in this event, making 8 off 4 for Madrid United against Madrid Blues on 22 October 2026.
What to Expect
With a previous Spanish Championship Weekend winner in Pak I Care Badalona, the strongest overall team mark belonging to Sporting Alfas, and Ibiza CC powered by Manpreet Singh Lally’s remarkable individual numbers, the 2026 edition has plenty of angles.
Across three days in Alicante, five clubs get their shot at the Spanish Championship Weekend crown — and every T10 mistake, Maximo and wicket could matter.
