The ECN Switzerland T20IW, 2026 delivered four match days of sharp T20 cricket at Embrach Cricket Ground in Zurich, Switzerland, from Monday 27 July 2026 to Thursday 30 July 2026. The completed T20IW competition brought together four national teams in Switzerland, with the action staged at Embrach Cricket Ground in Zurich. The Final underlined Brazil Women’s strength, as they beat Spain Women by 86 runs while defending 210 — the lowest total successfully defended in the event.

Chasing was often the more comfortable route through the tournament, with teams batting first winning just 38% of matches. Even so, Brazil Women showed that scoreboard pressure still had its place when it mattered most.

The Tournament in Numbers

The ECN Switzerland T20IW, 2026 packed plenty into its four match days.

Spain Women produced the highest successful chase, reaching 190 to beat Switzerland Women by eight wickets with 14 balls to spare in Match 3.

Individually, the batting charts were topped by Lindsay Boas of Brazil Women, who scored 202 runs in four matches. The highest individual score was also theirs: 121 from 57 balls for Brazil Women against Jersey Women in Match 4.

The event’s Most Valuable Player was Lindsay Mariano Vilas Boas of Brazil Women, representing Brazil. They played all four matches, batted in all four, faced 89 balls, scored 202 runs, averaged 50.5 and struck at 227.0. Their player record also notes this as their one listed event played in, and they finished with 543 match fantasy points.

Their standout batting performance came against Jersey Women on Tuesday 28 July 2026, where the MVP record shows 121 from 58 balls. In that innings, they hit five Maximos, and across the event they struck nine Maximos in three matches at a rate of 6.1 per ten overs. Overall, 27.0% of their runs came in fours and Maximos.

Bowling: Wickets, Control and Final-Day Fire

Deepa Chukkapalli of Spain Women led the wicket-taking charts with 10 wickets in four matches, a superb return in a compact tournament.

The best bowling figures belonged to Uswa Syed of Spain Women, who took 4/24 in 4.0 overs against Brazil Women in the Final. That spell stood out as the sharpest individual bowling performance of the ECN Switzerland T20IW, 2026.

Lindsay Mariano Vilas Boas also made an all-round impact for Brazil Women. They bowled in all four matches, sent down 88 balls, conceded 81 runs and took five wickets. Their economy rate was 5.5, with a bowling strike rate of 17.6, and their best match return was 3/26 in 4.1 overs for Brazil Women against Jersey Women on Tuesday 28 July 2026.

Spain Women’s Uswa Syed was also the top fielder of the event, completing five dismissals in three matches — all five were catches, with no run outs.
