European Cricket Network Excited to Live Broadcast Tri-Series in Germany
European Cricket Network will again showcase the best of cricket in Europe this summer with Germany hosting France and Norway in a T20I tri-series at the Bayer Uerdingen Cricket Ground in Krefeld.
The T20ITri-series involving hosts Germany, France and Norway gets underway on August 5 and runs until August 8 when the final will be contested after six group matches at the National Performance Centre in Krefeld, Germany.
The T20I Tri-series will be Norway's first multi-nation tournament appearance since 2019 when featuring in the Europe Regional Finals qualifiers in Guernsey. Germany went on to win that meeting against Norway comfortably. France will be led by Usman Shahid and will play their first official T20I. France did make an appearance in the Olympics, though, in 1900, featuring in the only cricket match ever played in the Olympics.
Daniel Weston, Founder of the European Cricket Network, said: "I really believe that World Cup qualification is within reach for European nations in the years to come, so by getting the chance to play more T20I's under pressure situations the build up to European qualification events becomes ever more interesting."

European Cricket Network showcased the series between Germany and Austria in 2020, the very first women’s international cricket since COVID-19 struck and last month live broadcast the five-match series betweenGermany and France Women.
