FanCode ECS Bulgaria provides an opportunity for five teams to showcase their skills, contesting 24 games over six days. Every game will be live streamed worldwide on the European Cricket Network and on FanCode - a multi-sport aggregator platform, from the house of Dream Sports for the Indian Sub-Continent.
Unbeaten leaders Indo-Bulgarian CC opted to bat first after winning the toss in both matches against VTU - MU Pleven. In the first game, Prakash Mishra fired on all cylinders and scored a 29-ball 73. The in-form skipper followed that up with another couple of wickets as INB eased to victory by 31 runs.
The second match between the two sides almost had a similar script. However, this time around Tarun Yadav of PLE tried to cause more concern with his unbeaten half-century. However, in the end, INB won the match without breaking into a sweat.
Academic – MU Sofia’s bowling unit absolutely decimated the batsmen of Barbarians. Ashbel Nicson, Ali Rasool, and Kevin George were the stars of the show with the ball. Huzaif Yousuf scored 20 as MUS reached the target in just 14 deliveries.
Academic - MU Sofia made it two wins in two with another quality bowling display. Restricting the Barbarians to 59 bowling first, MUS chased down the target with 10 balls to spare.
