Malmohus all-rounder Dheeraj Malhotra proved the difference for his side with a man of the match performance against Helsingborg Royals as the hosts got off to a winning start in the European Cricket Series Malmo.
Malhotra opened the batting and dished up a delightful 60 off 38 balls, hitting five fours and two sixes to take his side to victory. Malhotra’s measured innings of 60 was the highest individual batting score of the day as his side twice posted the top batting total of the day in their successive wins to start the tournament.
