After five days of sizzling action in Stockholm, Sweden, Pakistanska Föreningen are crowned Dream11 European Cricket Series Stockholm Champions!!
Showing perfect timing against Sigtuna in the final, saving their collective best for the business end of the tournament, Pakistanska Föreningen punished anything loose throughout their 10 over innings. A high-octane century partnership for the 3rd wicket from prolific opener Choudry Ali and skipper Sameer Ali Khan, motored the score along to an imposing 123 - equalling the highest team score of the tournament.
Underdogs Sigtuna would have had to nail down the highest chase of the tournament by some margin to win the trophy. However, perhaps a little disheartened from the battering handed out by the Pakistanska Föreningen batsmen, Sigtuna were never in the hunt and closed a distant 44 runs short.
Remaining the only unbeaten side in the tournament, after eight games, Pakistanska Föreningen can be considered worthy Dream11 European Cricket Series Stockholm CHAMPIONS!!!
