Eighteen teams from three groups competed for the ICC World T20 Europe qualifier played in the Netherlands. Group A will include teams such as Cyprus, Denmark, Austria, France, Germany and Portugal, respectively, with hosts in Salland CC in Deventer and Kampong CC in Utrecht in the group's fixtures. Which will be held in Deventer City.

Group B will include teams like Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Spain, Belgium and Finland. And Group C Guernsey, Israel, Norway, Sweden, Czech Republic and Gibraltar, will be based in Rotterdam with VCC, VRA, VOC and fixtures in place respectively, Excelsior '20 in Voorburg, chiedam respectively, Amsterdam, and Rotterdam.

Their favorites in all groups, including group A between Denmark and Germany, between Group B between Italian and Jersey and Group C between Norway and Sweden promise to include aplenty of action in the first day of a face-to-face encounter.

Group A, Group B and Group C had organized a single group between 29 August and 3 September 2018, of which the top two teams from all of the groups would represent the ICC World T20 Europe Finals in 2019.
